John Trautwein
Managing Director

John got involved in the racing industry in early 2003 and financed the development of Sirecam as the Managing Director from 2003 to 2005 when it was sold.

In 2008 Chloe Jean approached John to develop his Mangrove Mountain property into a top horse agistment property. Having known Chloe Jean for over 5 years and her love and experience in working with race horses he agreed on the condition that it would be a very special agistment property. Chloe Jean has been successful making Ryga Park into what it is today.

John Trautwein is the Managing Director of Ryga Park showing great passion for race horses on his property and believes that Ryga Park is one of the best agistment properties close to Sydney.

Chloe Jean Sweetman
Manager

Chloe Jean has 9 years experience with thoroughbreds, having worked with some of the top racehorse bloodlines, breeders and trainers of NSW. With extensive knowledge of yearling prep, yearling sales (Magic Millions), weaning, broodmare and racehorse husbandry, Chloe has cared for and handled some of the most sought after bloodlines here in Australia and overseas.

Chloe’s extensive experience and skills in equine veterinary procedures and care have been nurtured by working closely with NSW’s most reputable equine veterinarians. Chloe is dedicated to the understanding and research of equine health and is currently studying Equine Nursing with a passion for natural equine healing remedies for horses. Chloe’s high standard of professionalism and horsemanship is the foundation of the success of this operation.
